The Story of Brajbowl: How We Started in Surat
We opened our doors very recently on June 2, 2026, right here in Surat. The whole idea came from a very simple problem. Usually, if a family wants real Rajasthani Dal Baati, proper Gujarati Kadhi, rich Punjabi Paneer, or crisp South Indian Dosas, they have to run around to three different places. Our founder thought, why not bring all these famous traditional tastes from different states into one single kitchen?
The name Brajbowl comes straight from the holy land of Vrindavan (Braj). For us, Braj means Shudhata—which is absolute purity, clean ingredients, and honesty. We don’t run this as a cold corporate business. For us, cooking and serving food is like a prayer. The moment you see your food plate, we want you to feel that peaceful, devotional vibe. For those who love authentic regional food, cooked with real love, Brajbowl is the place.
